VSN May OSA Back Issue Special

During the month of May, OSA members who purchase ten or more VSN back issues at their usual back issue price can pick one extra back issue free. Order twenty back issues and pick two extra back issues free, etc. –
one extra for each group of ten ordered!

You must state that you are an OSA member when you place your order to get this special offer. Back issues must be ordered at one time and ship to the same address. Your order and payment by US check or money order in US funds must be postmarked by 5/31/08. Allow 5 weeks turnaround.

These order forms do not include the OSA special, so fill them out indicating the number of back issues you want to purchase (not including the free extras). Then print the form and write “OSA MEMBER” on the top of the form. List both the back issues you want to purchase and your extra(s) separately (or use the Back Issue Check-Off Form that is also on the Forms page). Send the list with your order form and payment.
